Rachel Ciconco Mbabazi is a development policy specialist with wide experience in business, governance and politics. She is a graduate of business administration with over 20 years of work experience. She is a passionate farmer and holds board membership in a wide range of organizations in the fields of farming, water and sanitation.

Morrison Rwakakamba holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration (Harvard) and a Master’s Degree in International Studies and Diplomatic Relations (Makerere University.) Morrison is Vice President of Global Off-Grid Lighting Association, President of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Association of Uganda and a member of the Board of Directors of Uganda Investment Authority. He is also the founding Executive Director of Agency for Transformation, a Uganda-based independent policy think tank.

Chris Nkwatsibwe is a Development Economist and a Social Justice Activist. He is a Leading in Public Life Fellow at the Nelson Mandela School of Public Governance and a Mandela Rhodes Scholar. He holds a Masters of Philosophy in Development Policy and Practice where his research centred on Civil Society Advocacy Strategies in Semi Dominant Neo-Patrimonial States. Currently, Chris, Coordinates Civic Space and Governance Work at the Uganda National NGO Forum and is the Deputy Chief of Party on the USAID funded Strengthening Citizens’ Engagement in Elections (SCENE) Activity.

George Stephen Odong holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree and a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Governance. He has a combined experience of over 15 years in public service and civil society. He is currently a member of the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA).
